After the details are settled, I will send you the first sketch and confirm the price according to the Price Sheet. (note: The price may be added up if has complex details.)

You can choose to pay a deposit of 50% of the full price after agreeing on the details of the work to begin work or reserve a queue. The full price payment is also welcomed, the detail will be described again in the invoice.

I will give you updates on every steps of the work. You can revise it up to 4 times in the process. If you want to revise it further, you will be charged $2 per time. (note: You can see Work Process for more informations.)

Due to my university schedule, each work will take some time to finish, also depending on its scale, if you have deadline or any time frame for the artwork to be done, please do inform me.

The completed artwork will be sent via Google Drive. And the remaining payment will be made afterwards. (If paid only the deposit)

You are not allowed to modify / change / edit any details in the artwork.

You are not allowed to sale and/or use non-commercial artwork in any commercial way.

If you don't want your artwork to be posted on my social media, please inform me. (I will ask for your permission after the work is done and will only post the watermarked art if your permission is granted.)

Your commissioned art will be posted on chremes007-gallery.carrd.co (my commissioned arts portfolio website), and it will be the watermarked version.

Briefing on artwork details (more information will be required if needed.)

I will send you the 1st sketch for the clear picture and settle the details on the artwork.

Arranging payment details and sending invoice.

I'll be giving you updates of every new steps/process the work's at and asking for your feedback before beginning the next process. Such as, line art → rough mood&tone → flat coloring → light and shadow → finish (note: It may have more process due to its scale.)

if you want any adjustment on the artwork, please inform me before it's finished. You can revise it up to 4 times in the process. If you want to revise it further, you will be charged $2 per time as described in the Term of Services.

The finished artwork will be sent via Google Drive Folder Link. (I will ask you for the file type you want in the briefing process, for 1-layer psd file $5 will be charged.)

Your permission for me posting the commissioned artwork on my social media will be required as described the Term of Services.
